If you are still not entirely happy, returns are accepted on non-personalised items up to 28 days after purchase. The product you wish to return must be unused and undamaged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are returned safely and a refund may not be processed if an item is returned damaged.

Returns on undamaged items are at the customer's expense, for your own protection I advise tracked and signed for return post. Upon receiving returned items, the refund will be processed within 2 working days, this may take up to 5 working days to reach you depending on your bank.

 

Made to order, bespoke or personalised pieces cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.
